Snack Baked Cinnamon Apples

Snacking can be hard. It's difficult to find snacks that are both fulfilling and healthy. Not to mention needing an energy boost. Cinnamon Apples are totally underrated when it comes to snacks, but for me they hit the spot. With a little bit of prep, you can heat a serving up in 15 seconds when you need your snack fix in the day.


4 TBSP of Butter, Melted

6 Apples, Diced

2 tsp Cinnamon


  1. Heat Oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Melt 4 tablespoons Butter. Spread over 6 diced aApples.Drizzle Cinnamon over Apples.

  3. Bake for 25 minutes in 9x13 glass dish covered in foil. Remove and stir. Bake an additional 20 minutes uncovered or until soft.

  4. When ready to eat, simply warm for 15 seconds in microwave.
