Coaching is a popular topic right now with a rise in emerging coaches across disciplines, which creates a lot of confusion around what a Coach is and how they help business leaders like you. HOW I WORK WITH EXECUTIVES

I have been working with business leaders for nearly 18 years, and have led businesses and teams myself for more than 15. I’ve experienced the ups and downs of building and growing a business, and have also been part of industry-leading teams. Needless to say, I know first-hand how challenging finding balance, gaining clarity, and creating a roadmap can be and I believe whole heartedly in the value of a proper sounding board.

My goal in working with clients is to help them unpack the 6 core areas of their business and find greater purpose alignment as a leader building businesses and teams that are healthy and sustainable using neuro-based psychology applications. As your Coach, I work with you through either a custom engagement or one of my signature packages to help you achieve your goals.

What is a Neuro-Based Executive Coach?

As a neuro-based coach, I draw on my certifications, ongoing training, and background in psychology to help clients achieve longer-lasting impacts. This means there is a focus on understanding and rewiring neural pathways that impact thought patterns and behavior.

While each engagement is custom-designed like a good suit to meet your goals, my focuses span one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and team workshops. Each Coachee begins with a discovery call to discuss your goals and ensure we’re designing an engagement that meets your goals. A minimum 6 month engagement is required for most first-time Coachees to ensure you are serious about your growth and are ready for the accountability coaching delivers.

  • This track enables leaders to run their businesses using 5 meetings. That may sound like a lot, bu the great news is these 5 meetings will replace almost all other meetings, as well as those late-night phone calls, emails, and text messages.
